At their Feb. 16 meeting, the Belmond City Council approved a resolution setting an April 6 public hearing and bid letting for the 2026 Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvement Project.

The proposed plans and specifications and form of contract was prepared by Veenstra & Kimm, Inc., the project engineers.
